mojeIKP is a free application provided by the Polish Ministry of Health. It offers a range of essential healthcare features that can be accessed directly on your phone. With this app, you can receive e-referrals and e-prescriptions, eliminating the need to carry physical documents. This convenient feature allows you to simply show the QR code at a pharmacy and fill your e-prescription without the requirement of providing your PESEL, the Polish resident identification number.

Additionally, mojeIKP allows you to review your treatment history in one place, making it easier to keep track of your medical records. You can even set reminders to ensure you never miss a dose of medication. The app also provides access to medication leaflets by scanning the packaging, enabling you to obtain important information about any prescribed medicine.

Another valuable feature is the ability to grant access to your Electronic Medical Records (EDM) for healthcare professionals and facilities. This ensures seamless communication and continuity of care between medical staff. Moreover, mojeIKP includes a rescue function that delivers step-by-step instructions during emergencies, providing crucial guidance for providing first aid.

In addition to these essential healthcare functionalities, mojeIKP offers various helpful tools. It provides important healthcare phone numbers for quick access in urgent situations. For those interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, the app offers a free exercise program, a pedometer to track your steps, a hydration counter for proper water intake, and access to a diet portal.

The basic functionality of mojeIKP includes options such as buying medication without requiring your PESEL number by simply allowing the pharmacist to scan the provided QR code. It also allows quick and convenient access to e-prescriptions and e-referrals through push notifications on your phone. Furthermore, you can review your visit and examination history, check medication dosages, set medication reminders, and access medication leaflets.

The app also enables the downloading of e-prescriptions and e-referrals as a PDF file, which can be easily shared with relatives or medical staff via email or text message. In addition, mojeIKP offers e-registration for COVID-19 vaccination and access to the EU Digital COVID Certificate. Furthermore, it provides information on how to administer first aid and offers access to diets prepared by the Polish National Health Fund (NFZ), including recipes and shopping lists. Users can also benefit from a prevention quiz, an "8 weeks to health" training program, integration with the Health app to track steps taken, support for proper hydration, and push notifications.
